AgencyZoom Joins Vertafore Orange Partner Program

Columbus and Chicago - June 18, 2019 - AgencyZoom, a sales management suite for insurance agencies, today announced it has joined Vertafore’s Orange Partner Program to integrate with Vertafore products and create a seamless customer experience for agencies to provide their clients.

Vertafore is the leader in modern insurance technology for independent agents, MGAs, carriers, and states and regulators.  Its Orange Partner Program provides API access and integration to leading third-party technology providers, including AgencyZoom, which will develop its integrations with Vertafore solutions, such as QQCatalyst and AMS360, to continue providing innovation within the insurance industry.

AgencyZoom’s initial integrations will be within QQCatalyst (an agency management system providing operational, marketing, and sales pipeline management tools) and AMS360 (an agency management system serving as the foundation for independent agencies to grow their businesses and boost their profitability).  This initiative focuses on three areas:

1. Increase producer engagement in agency management systems by giving agencies a CRM and dashboard that helps them better understand how to achieve their goals.  
2. Automate the customer's journey, even after a sale is made, with a world-class onboarding experience that includes templated messaging, NPS (net-promoter scoring), Google reviews, and obtainment of customer referrals.
3. Provide insights into an agency’s book of business, then prescribing and automating customer engagement based on those insights. The end result is an elevated customer experience and a deeper relationship with the agency while creating cross-sale and referral opportunities.
