Inbound vs Outbound Lead Sequences

 

Welcome to Content Labs! This month we're doubling up on guests with both a revolutionary carrier partner, Openly, and industry juggernaut, Quantum Assurance. How many touchpoints is too many? How many is too few? In this episode we break down research into the perfect sequences to see maximum results. That means utilizing Phone, Email, Social Media, Mail, and Text to stand out among the pack. Some highlights:

  • For outbound leads we recommend 8 touchpoints over 12 days before giving leads a break, while inbound leads can see up to 10 touches in 10 days without getting annoyed.
  • We recommend 3 of those touchpoints be calls for outbound leads, and 4 for inbound leads. At 3 calls the chances of contact are nearly 80%, but many more and you'll see your results start to dwindle.
